01 · Research
I begin by gathering insights through stakeholder discussions, market analysis, user needs, and existing product evaluation. Understanding the context helps uncover opportunities and define the right direction.
02 · Define
Once the research is complete, I identify key challenges, project objectives, user pain points, and success metrics. This stage creates a clear foundation for decision-making throughout the design process.
03 · Design
Ideas are translated into user flows, wireframes, interface concepts, and visual systems. Every design decision focuses on usability, accessibility, consistency, and creating a seamless user experience.
04 · Prototype
Interactive prototypes help validate concepts, test user interactions, and refine the experience before development. This process reduces uncertainty and improves collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
05 · Deliver
The final stage focuses on preparing designs for implementation, supporting handoff, documenting design decisions, and ensuring consistency across the entire product experience.
